how should i consume this product if i want a lean body shape

If you want a lean body you have to follow proper diet and training program. 100% Whey Isolate can be part of this diet. Drink 2-3 servings per day.

I just bought the CFM Whey Protein Isolate Zero Sugar and Fat. How much is 1 serving size? There is a cup in the container which has 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 marketed on it?

what is the proper daily doses for fast results.

The proper daily dose depends on several factors like your goal, bodyweight, your protein intake from other sources. Take 1-3 servings per day! It's food and not drug so you cannot "overdose" it.

Is this product recommendable to persons that are lactos sensitive/intolerant.

It is manufactured in a facility that processes soy and egg proteins, and gluten, peanuts! So it may contain very small amount of gluten.
