JASON PowerSmile Mouthwash Review
Today, I have another cruelty-free product review to share! Today’s post is going to focus on the PowerSmile Mouthwash from JASON. I’ve been using it for the past while and I thought I’d share my opinion on it with you!

Ingredients. Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract, Echinacea Angustifolia Extract, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Hydrastis Canadensis (Golden Seal) Extract, Perilla Ocymoides Seed Extract, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Ascorbic Acid, Calcium Ascorbate, Menthol, Sea Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Xylitol
Availability. The JASON PowerSmile Mouthwash can be found on well.ca. It may also be found at various grocery stores across Canada, but I’m not 100% sure.
Pros. Cruelty-free; alcohol-free; saccharin-free; gluten-free
Cons. Unless diluted, the aftertaste is a bit strong.
My Thoughts. I really like this mouthwash! At first I wasn’t too sure because I was unaware that it’s concentrated; so the first time I used it, it left a pretty strong aftertaste in my mouth. Since then I’ve been diluting it with water 2:1 and it’s much better! I love that this mouthwash is not as strong as some other mouthwashes (both cruelty-free and not cruelty-free). I find it helps my mouth feel extra clean and it also helps keep my breathe smelling fresh! I use it twice a day, as recommended; however, I don’t use the PowerSmile toothpaste because I like to use toothpaste with fluoride in it. I still feel that this mouthwash works very well, though! The only downside is that it’s a little pricy, but so are other cruelty-free mouthwashes …and non cruelty-free mouthwashes as well. Overall, I really like this mouthwash! It’s the best one I’ve used and I think I’m going to continue to use it!
